This vibrant cafe masterfully blends innovative beverage creations with a welcoming atmosphere that invites both casual visitors and dedicated coffee aficionados to linger and savor their experience.
Series A Coffee stakes its claim with an adventurous menu, showcasing a delightful range of drinks that push the boundaries of traditional coffee culture. From the rich, velvety Black Matcha Cream Top and Green Matcha Cream Top (both priced at $8.50) to the playfully indulgent Mango Sticky Rice Cream Tea and the uniquely comforting Sweet Roasted Grain at $7.50, each cup offers a journey into bold, nuanced flavor profiles. The cafe’s signature Peanut Cream Latte and Black Sesame Latte introduce fascinating layers of nutty warmth, while the refreshing Dalgona Coffee and fruity Strawberry Matcha provide a sweet, uplifting twist. Customer favorites like the Corn Coffee Latte—with its unexpected yet delightful hint of sweet corn—highlight the baristas’ creativity and dedication to craft.
The food selection perfectly complements the drinks with an enticing assortment of pastries that are just as thoughtfully curated. Treat yourself to a buttery Raspberry Croissant or indulge in the delicate flakiness of the Passionfruit Kouign Amann, a sweet and caramelized delight that pairs exquisitely with a warm cup of coffee. Many patrons rave about the almond croissant, which offers a satisfying balance of creamy filling and crisp layers that elevate the cafe experience.
Beyond the menu, SERIES A COFFEE is praised for its inviting ambiance and community-focused vibe. Many customers have noted how the friendly baristas greet regulars by name, lending a sense of belonging that transforms the space into a local hub. One touching review recounts a barista’s thoughtful gesture of brightening a child’s visit with a small dalgona topping treat, showcasing the genuine warmth that the staff exudes.
The space itself encourages productivity and connection alike, with plenty of seating and an atmosphere conducive to working remotely. Patrons appreciate the accommodating environment where laptops come out freely and hours fly by without notice. Conveniently, on-site parking and an hour of free parking contribute to a stress-free visit, although getting in can be a tad tricky due to its street corner location.
In sum, SERIES A COFFEE stands out in Beverly Hills for its unique and thoughtfully crafted menu, exceptional service, and a comfortable setting that invites repeat visits. Whether you’re chasing the perfect matcha, exploring a daring coffee creation, or simply seeking a quiet corner to work with a sublime pastry, this cafe delivers with heart and artistry.
Stopped by for pastries and coffee. We had pistachio croissant, peanut cream latte, honey oatmeal latte and mocca latte. They all all yummy. I love the peanut cream latte. It is just too sweet for me but it taste good. The coffee shop is nice and plenty of parking. I saw many people working while having coffee. There are varieties of pastries. Service was good. One thing I don't understand is they have ceramic coffee mugs, but they serve all the coffee on paper cup.
I went here for the double Matcha. Which is really good. I believe the sizing is good for the price you’re paying for a seven dollar Matcha. They also had a very good pastry with feta and mushroom. I believe it’s from bread lounge. You get an hour of free parking on the lot on site. It’s kinda of difficult to get in because of the street corner it’s at. But overall, the atmosphere is great. Definitely would go back if I’m in the area.
Great coffee spot w/ unique flavors! Service was top notch, the baristas greeting their regulars by name seems like a local favorite too. One of the baristas took the time to bring a smile to my son with a small treat (a dalgona topping), it meant a lot to us! Thanks Series A, we were really impressed and will be back!!
Wanted to try the interesting drinks here. Corn coffee latte was very good, interesting unique flavor. Hint of corn. The honeycomb one was more basic coffee w a cool crunch on top. Construction outside has to hurt the business but solid spot.
I needed a place to have good coffee and work and this place was perfect. Friendly staff and they are cool with you pulling your laptop out and working. The sesame ice latte was really good and not too sweet. I also enjoyed the blueberry matcha - the mix of mild sweetness and bitterness complement each other perfectly. The almond croissant was amazing with a wonderful creamy filling. I’ll be back.
Series A Coffee is a place you want to love, and it comes very close. The coffee itself is genuinely good. Espresso drinks are well pulled, milk is textured properly, and the flavors are balanced rather than over roasted or overly sweet. You can tell there is real care put into the drinks, which already puts it ahead of many neighborhood spots. This is not a coffee problem at all. The product delivers. The people are another strong point. Service is friendly, warm, and human. Staff members are welcoming, patient, and clearly trying their best. There is a neighborhood feel here that makes you want to come back, even if things are a little chaotic. You never feel rushed or dismissed, and that counts for a lot. Where Series A falls short of five stars is execution and environment. The space feels disorganized and a bit cluttered. The interior could benefit from a serious cleanup, better layout, and a clearer system behind the counter. During busy times, ordering and fulfillment feel improvised rather than dialed in. It works, but it is not smooth. Cleanliness and visual cohesion could also be improved, as the space does not reflect the quality of the coffee being served. This place has real upside. With an interior refresh, better flow, and tighter systems, Series A Coffee could easily be a standout. As it is today, it earns a solid four stars for excellent drinks and genuinely friendly service, just held back by the need for better organization and polish.
Their Matcha Cream Top Latte is absolutely the BEST! Its almost like a matcha milkshake which tastes so so good! highly recommend this place for matchas. It is a $8.5 drink, but I believe it is completely worth it! Not tried their coffee yet, but would say their Matcha stands out!
Absolutely amazing place for matcha lovers! The matcha is rich, flavorful, and comes in many creative options. The shop is spotless, the design is beautiful, and the service is super friendly. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy every sip!
